About

Born in Palos Verdes, raised in Columbus. Battelle Scholar at Ohio State. BSEE.

Engineering curriculum left little room for the bigger questions, so I went to grad school in Chicago for theology. Partner at a boutique consultancy, survived the dot-com bust, and in 2005 moved the family to Vancouver to raise our two sons near the mountains and ocean.

In 2015 - 2017 we lived in Pune, India. Sons finished high school there. They are now in grad school. Jenni and I have been global nomads since 2022.
